Terms and event conditions
These terms cover your use of supercarsmiles.org and your attendance at the Supercar Smiles Holiday Car Show & Toy Drive on Sunday, December 6, 2026 at Gran Paraiso Gardens, Miami, Florida. By using the site, registering a car, or attending the event, you agree to them.
Tickets and registration
- Tickets and car registrations are sold and issued through Eventbrite and are also subject to Eventbrite's terms.
- Show-car registrations are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, your registration fee still goes toward gifts for children.
- Show-car spaces are limited and allocated first come, first served. A registration covers one vehicle, its driver and its passengers. Everyone else needs a free general-admission ticket.
- If the event is cancelled or rescheduled for reasons beyond our control, such as severe weather, we will announce it on this site and on Eventbrite. Where possible, registrations will carry over to the new date.
At the event
- Follow the house rules: no burnouts, no racing, no excessive revving, and no unsafe driving anywhere on the grounds. Drive at walking pace around the lawn.
- Show cars arrive between 9 and 10 AM and must stay in place while the public is on the lawn, 11 AM to 3 PM. You may not be able to leave early.
- We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who ignores the rules, behaves dangerously or disrupts the event, with no refund.
- Vehicles, their contents and your personal belongings are brought and left at your own risk. Supercar Smiles, Gran Paraiso Gardens and their staff and volunteers are not responsible for loss, theft or damage except where caused by our negligence.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Vendors and food trucks operate under their own permits, licences and insurance and are responsible for their own products and services.
Photography and video
Photographs and video are taken throughout the event. By attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded, and to those images being used by Supercar Smiles and Gran Paraiso Gardens, without payment, to document and promote this and future events, including on this site and on social media. If you would prefer not to appear, tell a team member on the day and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you later want an image you appear in removed, use the contact form.
Gifts and donations
Registration proceeds buy new gifts for children. Gifts are given to children attending the show and delivered to local children's hospitals. Gifts must be new and unwrapped so hospitals can screen them. We cannot accept used, wrapped or unsafe items. Supercar Smiles is an event presented by Gran Paraiso Gardens; contact us if you need confirmation of how proceeds are used or whether a contribution is tax-deductible.
Use of this website
- The content of this site, including the Supercar Smiles name, logo and banner artwork, belongs to Supercar Smiles and Gran Paraiso Gardens and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for personal, non-commercial sharing of the event.
- Do not use the contact or vendor forms to send spam, abusive content or anything unlawful.
- The site links to third-party services such as Eventbrite and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
- The site is provided as is. We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but details such as times may change; the Eventbrite listing and this site will carry the latest.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Supercar Smiles, Gran Paraiso Gardens and their owners, staff and volunteers are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the event or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
